Monto Community Hall external painting

Following North Burnett Regional Council’s successful application for funding through Round 2 of the State Government’s ‘Works for Queensland’ (W4Q) program for regional Councils to help stimulate growth and improve minor infrastructure across regional Queensland, Council received funding for the ‘NBRC Hall Upgrades’, incorporating the external painting of Monto Community Hall.

A contract was awarded to carry out the external painting, with works commencing Monday, 13 August, 2018 and are anticipated to be completed by early September 2018.

There will be no disruptions to hall users during the construction period.

Upon commencement of works, appropriate signage and barricades will be in place.  Motorists and pedestrians are requested to travel with extreme care and responsibility, to drive / walk to the prevailing road / pavement conditions and to adhere to signage.  Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks the public for their co-operation and patience whilst this work is in progress.
