Tender – Gayndah Shared Pathway
Council is currently seeking tender applications for Gayndah Shared Pathway (2909_2019-20_QTB_20).
Written Quotations close at 2pm AEDT, Thursday, 21 November 2019, and should be addressed to Chief Executive Officer, PO Box, 390, Gayndah Qld 4625 and clearly marked “Tender – Gayndah Shared Pathway”.
Council reserves the right to invite applicants to change their quotation in accordance with the Local Government Act and Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. No submission will be accepted after the closing date/time. The highest/lowest of any quotation may not necessarily be accepted. All quotations will be responded to by mail.
The Tender constitutes the following work:
– Supply of all materials required for the scope
– Construction of concrete path as per the attached drawings
– Construction of the driveway specification path as per the attached drawings
– Construction of the stairs, landers and attached bike channel as per the attached drawings
Bulk earthworks will be completed by NBRC either prior to or in parallel with concrete works. Contractors will be expected to supply materials, labour and plant required to place all concrete beyond the bulk earthworks.
Please allow for the required bedding sand and vapour barrier. Contractors will also be required to cut out the trench to pour a thickening beam throughout the project where required.
A revised schedule of rates has been included. The second column (unit rate) will be taken for any addition or subtraction to the quoted scope. The third column will be taken as the price for the designed scope as written in column 1.
