North Burnett tourism open for business Council Caravan Parks set to Re-Open

We are excited to announce the re-opening of Council operated caravan parks throughout the naturally beautiful North Burnett region including Mingo Crossing and Paradise Dam from tomorrow Friday, 12 June 2020.

Mayor Rachel Chambers said “we are thrilled to be able to welcome the tourists back to our region to play and stay”.

Council are encouraging those wishing to have a ‘post shutdown escape’ to book their getaway as soon as possible as the phones are already ringing off the hook.

Facilities re-opening include:

• Mingo Crossing Recreation and Caravan Park
• Paradise Dam Recreation and Caravan Park
• Mt Perry Caravan Park
• Eidsvold Caravan Park
• Mountain View Caravan Park (Biggenden).
