Management Agreement – Mingo Crossing Caravan Park and Recreational Area

The Council is seeking a motivated operator/s to undertake a 3 year (and a 3 year option to renew) management agreement in the provision of high quality customer service, caretaking and maintenance etc. for the Mingo Crossing Caravan Park and Recreational Area, via Mount Perry. The operator/s must be experienced in a similar role and demonstrate affordable, secure, sustainable and presentable caravan park and recreational facilities to grow and enhance client attraction.

Tenders close at 10.00am on Tuesday 16 April 2019 and must be emailed to email@example.com with the tender number clearly displayed.
Prior to tenders closing, a site inspection may be arranged and those parties who have expressed an interest will be advised of the date and time accordingly.
Council reserves the right to invite applicants to change their tender in accordance with the Local Government Act 2009 and section 228(7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. No submission will be accepted after the closing date/time. The highest/lowest of any tender may not necessarily be accepted. All tenders will be responded to by mail.
