To assist Council, residents are invited to participate in the Aged Care Audit survey either online or via hard copy, which will help in the necessary data collection. No personal information of any kind is collected.  The survey will help Council to better understand community needs.

The ‘Public Aged Care Survey’ is part of Council’s 2016 Aged Care Audit.  The survey can be taken online at or can be collected from your local Council Customer Service Centre.

The survey closes on Thursday, 18th August 2016.

It is anticipated that results from the survey will allow council to better understand community needs and explore future options for the provision of aged care in the region.
