BOM has issued a SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING for DAMAGING WINDS and HEAVY RAINFALL For people in parts of the Wide Bay and Burnett Forecast District. Issued at 8:47 pm Saturday, 3 December 2016. Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce damaging winds and heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding in the warning area over the next several hours. Issued at 4:06 pm Thursday, 1 December 2016. Severe thunderstorms are likely to produce destructive winds, heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding and large hailstones in the warning area over the next several hours.
