Trainee Administration Officer (Tourism)

As a trainee in HR there will be a focus on developing your interpersonal, organisational and communication skills as well as exposing you to a range of essential HR administrative related duties. You'll also be working towards completing a Nationally Recognised Certificate III in Business Administration as part of your on the job training. During this traineeship you will undertake varied duties such as:

  • Assist with customer service and customer enquiries
  • Data entry and word processing
  • Maintain records, operate office equipment
  • Maintain calendars and appointment schedules
  • Assist with recruitment and training co-ordination

Position Status: Full-time fixed term (12 months)

Location: Gayndah
