On average, one woman a week is killed by a partner or former partner in Australia.

Domestic and Family Violence is now recognized as a serious and widespread problem in Australia. Domestic and Family Violence can affect anyone regardless of age, race or economic status. It has lasting impacts not just on the lives of individuals, but their families, workplaces and the wider community.
It is important to be aware of the signs of domestic and family violence, understand its impacts and know how to respond.
