Welcome to the North Burnett Regional Council website!
The North Burnett is located in Queensland, approximately four hours drive north of Brisbane and one hour west of Bundaberg. The region encompasses six main townships – Biggenden, Eidsvold, Gayndah, Monto, Mt Perry and Mundubbera which service around twenty-five villages and farming catchments.
Planning for the future The North Burnett Regional Council adopted it 2009-2013 Corporate Plan at its June 16 General Meeting. This Corporate Plan marks the commencement of an exciting new chapter in the history of North Burnett Region. The Plan serves to offer a clear strategic direction for the region and outlines the priorities for Council in order to achieve the vision that the strategic direction sets. |
